Services & Solutions

Infrastructure, Protection, and Partnership

A single platform for mission-critical and general-purpose compute, complete backup and disaster recovery protection, and the engineering expertise to help run it all.

Enterprise Compute Backup + DR US-Based Support

The Full Cloud Propeller Portfolio

Three product families built on one predictable platform: enterprise cloud compute in two tiers, Veeam-based backup in three flavors, and the support team that keeps them running—backed by an in-house professional services group for the work that happens around the edges.

MCC // Mission Critical Compute

Our flagship enterprise cloud

Mission Critical Compute is engineered for workloads where performance, throughput, and reliability are non-negotiable—applications where inconsistent behavior creates measurable business impact.

It runs on next-generation 3.6 GHz Intel® Xeon® 6745P (Granite Rapids) CPUs, DDR5 memory, and an all-flash NVMe Ceph storage fabric with triple-mirror redundancy, delivering sustained low-latency performance under load. Clusters are never provisioned beyond 50% utilization, and bandwidth is flat-rate, with burst and no overages.

  • 4th-Gen CP Architecture — 3.6 GHz Intel® Xeon® 6745P
  • DDR5 ECC memory
  • NVMe Ceph triple-mirror storage
  • 400G networking per host
  • Flat-rate Internet pricing — w/ burst and no overages
  • 99.9999% uptime SLA
GPC // General Purpose Compute

Enterprise cloud at roughly half the cost

General Purpose Compute is Cloud Propeller’s cost-efficient tier—designed for production workloads that require reliability and stability without the premium of next-generation compute.

Same operating model, same portal, same support. The difference is the hardware generation and the SLA tier. Clusters are still capped at 50% utilization, and bandwidth is still flat-rate, with burst and no overages.

  • 3rd-Gen CP Architecture — 3.4 GHz Intel® Xeon® Gold 6246R
  • DDR4 ECC memory
  • HPE Alletra NVMe iSCSI storage
  • 40G networking per host
  • Flat-rate Internet pricing — w/ burst and no overages
  • 99.99% uptime SLA

Clients can deploy MCC and GPC infrastructure, side by side, and even stretch public and private networks across environments, aligning each workload to the appropriate performance tier and consumption model. Pay As You Go and Dedicated Capacity can be mixed as needed, while all environments remain managed through our single-pane-of-glass Cloud Manager Portal.

Support That Actually Supports

Every Cloud Propeller client talks to a 100% US-based, in-house NOC—no overseas tier-one gatekeeping, no ticket-routing gauntlet. Phone, email, and Slack are all real channels. The engineer who answers is the one who resolves the issue.

Three SLA options cover the range from around-the-clock mission-critical response down to per-incident coverage for self-managed environments—pick the one that matches how your team actually operates.

Mission Critical

  • 24/7/365 coverage
  • < 5 minute response
  • Phone, email, and Slack
  • For production workloads that cannot wait

Business Hours

  • Mon – Fri, 9 – 5 ET
  • 30 minute response
  • Phone, email, and Slack
  • After-hours escalation available
  • For workloads with standard business uptime needs

Per-Incident

  • Pay-as-you-go engineering time
  • Same in-house engineers
  • For self-managed environments
  • Ideal for augmenting internal IT teams

Project-based Engineering Engagements

Cloud Propeller provides hands-on engineering services for work that goes beyond day-to-day support: architecture design, migrations, disaster-recovery planning and testing, colocation projects, and custom integrations. These are direct engineering engagements with the same in-house, US-based team that designs, operates, and supports our platform — scoped as projects.

Architecture & Consulting

  • Environment design and sizing
  • Network topology and segmentation
  • Reference architectures for common workloads
  • Capacity planning and cost modeling
  • Post-Broadcom VMware advisory — license review, alternatives evaluation, transition strategy

Migrations

  • Cross-platform migrations — VMware ↔ Hyper-V, Proxmox, bare metal, on-prem ↔ cloud
  • Cutover planning with minimal downtime
  • Migration validation and post-cutover support
  • Free migrations into Cloud Propeller from any source — on-prem, hyperscaler, or another cloud

Disaster Recovery

  • DR planning, runbooks, and RPO/RTO modeling
  • Zerto-based replication design
  • Recovery priority mapping for critical applications
  • Scheduled failover and recovery testing
  • Tabletop exercises and post-test reports

Colocation & Integration

  • White-glove colocation in our Columbus, Ohio facility
  • Hybrid cross-connects to Cloud Propeller compute
  • Custom automation and API integration work
  • Ongoing managed engagements
