MCC // Mission Critical Compute

High-performance enterprise infrastructure engineered for demanding workloads.

Mission Critical Intel® Xeon® 6745P DDR5 NVMe Ceph 400 G Network 99.9999% SLA

Our Highest-Performance Platform

Mission Critical Compute (MCC) is engineered for workloads where performance, throughput, and reliability are non-negotiable—applications where inconsistent behavior creates measurable business impact and recovery expectations are measured in minutes, not hours.

The Platform

Engineered for Performance, Throughput, and Reliability

Mission Critical Compute (MCC) is Cloud Propeller’s 4th generation high-performance Virtual Data Center platform, engineered for workloads where performance, throughput, and reliability are paramount. It runs on 3.6 GHz Intel® Xeon® Gold 6745P CPUs, DDR5 ECC memory, and all-flash NVMe Ceph storage with triple-mirror redundancy, delivering sustained low-latency performance under load. Each host is equipped with 400G networking, and no clusters are provisioned beyond 50% utilization, ensuring abundant headroom and complete insulation from noisy neighbors.

Consumption Models

One Platform. Two Ways to Consume It

Mission Critical Compute (MCC) runs on the same high-performance enterprise platform in both consumption models. The difference is not the underlying infrastructure—it’s how resources are allocated and billed.

Elastic

Pay As You Go

For variable, scaling, or bursty environments where elasticity matters as much as performance.

  • Resource consumption measured every 5 minutes
  • Pay only for what you actually use
  • Scale resources up or down without long-term commitment
  • Ideal for bursty, variable, or rapidly scaling workloads
From $180 /month

Includes 1 Gbps connectivity and a /29 public IP subnet.

Reserved

Dedicated Capacity

For steady-state mission-critical workloads where performance consistency and billing predictability are both non-negotiable.

  • CPU, memory, and storage pre-allocated to your environment
  • Fixed monthly billing for predictable budget planning
  • Maximum consistency in both performance and cost
  • Ideal for steady, demanding, mission-critical workloads
From $435 /month

Includes dedicated compute, 1 Gbps connectivity, and a /29 public IP subnet.

Clients can deploy multiple MCC VDCs across both consumption models, mixing Pay As You Go and Dedicated Capacity as needed, while managing everything through a single interface. MCC can also be deployed alongside General Purpose Compute (GPC) when different workloads call for different performance tiers.

Platform Details

What Powers Both Models

Mission Critical Compute is engineered to deliver consistent, sustained performance under load—regardless of which consumption model you choose.

Performance

  • Intel® Xeon® Gold 6745P (6th gen) @ 3.6 GHz
  • DDR5 ECC memory (6400 MT/s)
  • Clusters never provisioned beyond 50% utilization
  • Complete insulation from noisy-neighbor interference

Storage

  • All-flash NVMe Ceph storage
  • Triple-mirror redundancy
  • 180 TB (12 × 15 TB) SSDs per host
  • Sustained high throughput, low latency under load

Network

  • 400G networking (4 × 100 Gbps per host)
  • Flat-rate Internet pricing, with burst and no overages
  • Three-carrier blend with 100% uptime guarantee
  • 1 Gbps (5G burst), 5 Gbps (10G burst), or 10 Gbps (100G max)
  • Peering with AWS, Microsoft, Apple, Valve, Cloudflare and more

Support & SLA Options

  • 100% US-based, in-house NOC
  • Phone, email, and Slack support
  • Mission Critical SLA: 24/7/365, 5-minute response
  • Business SLA: Mon–Fri, 9–5, 30-minute response
